Steward's Report
Superior Leigh and Jett Dionne were slow out. Ghostly Spectre, Superior Leigh and Super Ben collided soon after the start. West Coaster and Big Rosco Wilson collided on the first turn. Proven Spirit checked off the heels of Big Rosco Wilson approaching the second turn checking Ghostly Spectre. Super Ben and Jett Dionne collided on the second turn. Jett Dionne galloped on the heels of Proven Spirit entering the back straight causing Proven Spirit to stumble. Ghostly Spectre and Jett Dionne collided on the third turn and again approaching the home turn checking Ghostly Spectre. Big Rosco Wilson and West Coaster collided on the home turn.
West Coaster was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Big Rosco Wilson was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right hock and right thigh, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards issued a warning to Mr D. Crisafi, Trainer of Big Rosco Wilson, regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn.
