Barfly and Tasman Queen collided on the first turn checking Tasman Queen. Ghostly Phantom and Wellsy collided approaching the second turn. Ourgirl Rayleen checked off the heels of Ghostly Phantom on the second turn. Barfly contacted the running rail on the third turn checking Tasman Queen as a result. Barfly was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right triangle muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. A sample was taken from Hallam Princess, the winner of the event.
