Steward's Report
In accordance with the GRV Hot Weather Policy, this meeting was deemed ‘Heat Affected’. At the commencement of kennelling, the outside temperature was 23.7 degrees and the kennel temperature was 19.3 degrees. Stewards continually monitored the temperature at the venue, as per the GRV Hot Weather Policy.
Mr. Sin Rap - Late scratching at 8:33am due to non–arrival (GAR 86 and LR 39). Due to the circumstances surrounding the non–presentation, Trainer Mr. Kevin Ross was fined $250.
White Mist was quick to begin. Crush It Girl and Bogan Bend were slow to begin.
A post-race urine sample was taken from White Mist - the winner of the event.
