Saw Blaze – Late scratching at 11:13am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a right hock injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. :
A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Salut Sideways, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.
Elusive Kel was quick to begin.
Winlock Buggy was slow to begin.
Demon Sal and Devon Lass collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Winlock Buggy checked off Demon Sal on the first turn. Salut Sideways raced wide on the home turn. Devon Lass checked off Winlock Buggy on the home turn.
