A pre-race sample was taken from Hill Top Jonah.
Mini Charlotte was quick to begin. Blow Me Kisses was slow to begin.
Autumn Lynx and Chop Scotch collided approaching the first turn. Hill Top Jonah and Brother Soldier collided on the first turn, checking Brother Soldier. Aston Krone galloped on the heels of Blackpool Coco approaching the home turn, checking both greyhounds. Aston Krone and Autumn Lynx collided several times on the home turn. Autumn Lynx checked off Blackpool Coco in the home straight.
Autumn Lynx underwent a post-race veterinary examination following an incident in the catching pen and was found to have moderate cramping. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
