Steward's Report
Visional was slow to begin. Our Gangstar and Like James collided soon after the start. Smoulded and Like James collided soon after the start. Smoulded, Post Code, Our Gangster, Like James and First Blood collided approaching the first turn checking Smoulded, Post Code, Our Gangster and Like James. Our Gangster and Like James collided approaching the first turn. Visional and First Blood collided on the first turn checking Visional, Not All Talk, Our Gangster, Like James and Smoulded, Smoulded raced wide as a result. Smoulded raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.
Stewards noted that the muzzle of Post Code became partially dislodged during the running of the event.
Smoulded was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained grazes to the left and right hind, no stand down period was imposed.
