Steward's Report
This meeting is deemed heat affected. At the close of kennelling the outside temperature was 28.8 degrees and the kennel temperature was 18.5 degrees.
Stewards spoke to Ms J Walker, the trainer of Stylish Bree, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Stylish Bree last raced on 12 December 2016 and is returning to racing after a spell and kennel change. Ms Walker declared a new weight of 25.8 kgs in accordance with GAR 39(2). Stylish Bree last raced at 24.3 kgs.
Stewards spoke to Mr F Zeinert, the trainer of Missy Marlus, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Missy Marlus last raced on 21 November 2016 and is returning to racing after a season.
Mr W Bocquet, trainer of Tribe, declared a new weight of 31.7 kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Tribe last raced at 30.6 kgs.

Flick Some Cash, Tribe, Tat Loxy and Crazy Eye Jye collided approaching the first turn, checking Flick Some Cash and Tribe. Divino crossed to the rail on the first turn, checking Crazy Eye Jye, Tat Loxy, Bevvies Bullet and Tribe, and severely checking Flick Some Cash.
