Steward's Report
August Knight and Daen were slow out. Newfire Charged and Dee Cee Lizbeth collided soon after the start. August Knight checked off Super Coop soon after the start. Newfire Charged and Dee Cee Lizbeth collided at the 300mtr mark. Black Mamba raced erratically from the 300mtr mark to the 250mtr mark. August Knight and Dee Cee Lizbeth collided at the 250mtr mark checking August Knight. Black Mamba and Unshakeable collided at the 150mtr mark. August Knight crossed to the outside approaching the winning post. Amedeo raced wide throughout the event.
August Knight was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Unshakeable was vetted and after being revetted following event 3, it was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right wrist and left and right hamstrings, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards issued a warning to M. Filomeno, the Trainer of Unshakeable regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post.
