Fancy This was a late scratching at 12:05pm due to injury.
I'll Steer and Anglo King were slow out. Deesa and First Rush collided soon after the start. Anglo King checked off the heels of Paula's Secret soon after the start. Anglo King eased approaching the first turn and pulled up as a result. Deesa checked off the heels of Dr. Cresswell on the first turn. Union Lass raced wide approaching the second turn. I'll Steer and Union Lass collided on the second turn.
Anglo King was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was vetted with no injury apparent with the greyhound. Anglo King was revetted with no apparent injury. Acting under AGRR80.2, Stewards charged Anglo King for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Sandown Park. Stewards also directed the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, all tracks, before any future nomination, pursuant to AGRR81.1.
