Steward's Report
Miss Hayworth, Smart Zinger and Cru Jones were slow out. Smart Zinger checked off the heels of Cru Jones approaching the first turn. Ginger Spark, Miss Hayworth and Chat Line collided on the first turn causing Miss Hayworth to fall. Card Night, Smart Zinger and Cru Jones collided on the first turn.
Miss Hayworth was vetted following the Event and Dr. Michael Bell, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right back muscle. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Bell, the Stewards will stand Miss Hayworth down from competing for 5 days.
