Amaroo Gypsy was slow out. Caporella Bale and Collide collided soon after the start. Collide, Grimby Teddy and Faithful Bob collided on the first turn. Caporella Bale checked off the heels of Two Up Larry entering the back straight. Whisky Assassin checked off the heels of Grimby Teddy on the third turn. Faithful Bob checked off the heels of Grimby Teddy approaching the home turn. Two Up Larry, Amaroo Gypsy and Faithful Bob collided in the home straight.
