Steward's Report
Cuddle Drambuie, Michigan Bale and Dr. Holmes were slow out. Dr. Holmes and Lively Warrior collided soon after the start. Ourgirl Marg crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Auto Special, Michigan Bale, Dr. Peachy, Dr. Holmes and Lively Warrior. Cuddle Drambuie galloped on the heels of Wendy's Cindy on the first turn causing Cuddle Drambuie to stumble, severely checking Dr. Holmes and causing Wendy's Cindy and Auto Special to fall. Lively Warrior raced wide approaching the third turn.
Cuddle Drambuie was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left monkey muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
