Alotta Luck and Kalaway Ernie were slow to begin.  Alotta Luck and Power Volt collided soon after the start.  Sooty Lee and Turbo Norris collided approaching the first turn.  Velloway crossed to the rail approaching the first turn and collided with Turbo Norris; Power Volt and Alotta Luck were checked as a result.  Power Volt and Velloway collided on the first turn checking Kalaway Ernie and severely checking Velloway; Power Volt and Alotta Luck fell as a result.  Turbo Norris and Kalaway Ernie collided on the third turn checking both greyhounds.

Alotta Luck was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to it's left fore leg.  No stand down period was imposed.

Velloway was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Power Volt was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to it's right triangle and grazing to it's left fore leg.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Deadly Boy, Kalden Kapone and Upset Boy collided soon after the start checking Kalden Kapone.  Definition and Godric Gryfindor collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn.  Deadly Boy, Kalden Kapone and Upset Boy collided on the first turn checking Deadly Boy and Upset Boy and severely checking Kalden Kapone.  Definition checked off Godric Gryfindor on the first turn.  Soul Eater, Godric Gryfindor and Ollie Bale collided on the third turn.

Pappa Gallo was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to it's left triceps.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Fearsome Mint, Grand Faith, Hallelujah Henry and Zipping Makka were slow to begin.  Grand Faith checked off Hallelujah Henry approaching the first turn checking Zipping Makka.  Surf Jester, Ennis Bale, Billy Rocket, Hallelujah Henry and Duchess Bale collided on the first turn checking Duchess Bale and severely checking Billy Rocket, Surf Jester, Fearsome Mint and Hallelujah Henry; Fearsome Mint and Hallelujah Henry stumbled and lost considerable ground as a result.  Duchess Bale, Grand Faith and Zipping Makka collided on the second turn checking Grand Faith and Zipping Makka.

Hallelujah Henry was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to it's left thigh.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
