Starlight Amy checked off Mrs. Missile and See Me Willow on the home turn. Bundy Run faltered and raced wide on the home turn. Starlight Amy and See Me Willow collided in the home straight. Oero Lady checked off Happy Ruby approaching the winning post

She's So Lovable checked off Cat Noir on the first turn. Avery Charm checked off Ragin' Nero on the home turn. 

Saint Bogan was slow to begin.

Son Of Beanbag checked off Magic Daisy approaching the first turn. Blazing Fast, Misty Rainbow and Magic Daisy collided approaching the first turn checking Magic Daisy and Blazing Fast. Son Of Beanbag raced wide on the home turn. Misty Rainbow checked off Trump's Bluff on the home turn. Magic Daisy shifted in and collided with Misty Rainbow several times in the home straight.

Veritee Bale and Rothwelll Prince collided in the home straight.

Bluey McGee – Late scratching at 7.17pm (11/12/2020) when Trainer Mr B. Nye reported the greyhound to have a hock injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Tralee Riot was very slow to begin (2L).

Tinker Gypsy checked off Persisted soon after the start. Persisted and Exit Sign collided several times approaching the first turn checking Tinker Gypsy. Tinker Gypsy checked off Exit Sign approaching the first turn checking Tinker Gypsy and Bean Blazer. Exit Sign checked off Blackpool Coco on the first turn. Tralee Riot, Persisted and Bean Blazer collided on the home turn. Tralee Riot and Tinker Gypsy collided entering the home straight.

Alira Gem, Sadie Rose and Dundee Candy were quick to begin.

Cool Fresco, Phil's My Bro, Venus Light and Inga Brodie collided soon after the start checking Inga Brodie and severely checking Cool Fresco, Phil’s My Bro and Venus Light. Venus Light faltered soon after the start and lost ground. Alira Gem checked off Inga Brodie approaching the first turn. Cool Fresco galloped on Alira Gem on the first turn severely checking both greyhounds. Cool Fresco galloped on Alira Gem approaching the home turn severely checking both greyhounds. Venus Light and Alira Gem collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn severely checking both greyhounds. Cool Fresco turned its head outwards and visibly eased in the home straight.

Cool Fresco underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury and a left shoulder injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr G McLachlan regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Cool Fresco was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr McLachlan pleaded not guilty to the charge, Cool Fresco was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Venus Light underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound right hindleg and a right groin injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr T. Britton regarding the greyhound’s performance throughout the event. After hearing evidence from Mr Britton, viewing all available race footage, acting on their observations and considering the injury, Stewards took no action.

Alira Gem underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr N. Hunt regarding the greyhound’s performance throughout the event. After hearing evidence from Mr Hunt, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Half A Double and Big Leigh were slow to begin.

Lil Roughy checked off Zipping Gypsy soon after the start. Lil Roughy checked off Blow Me Kisses approaching the first turn. Lilac Sky checked off Half A Double on the first turn. Lil Roughy raced wide on the home turn. Zipping Gypsy raced wide on the home turn. Zipping Gypsy and Awake Until Dawn collided on the home turn.

Riverdale Mitch – Late scratching at 8.58am due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer Ian Green was fined $100.

Junior Was quick to begin. Tinker Bono and Frothy's De Goey were slow to begin.

Fearless Pigeon, Stanley Boy and Hyena Queen collided soon after the start severely checking Stanley Boy which lost ground as a result. Tinker Bono checked off Wow Anna approaching the home turn checking Frothy's De Goey. Fearless Pigeon and Wow Anna collided on the home turn.
