An out of competition sample was taken from Pyrocumulus on Monday, 11 January 2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Molly Blazer and Girls Got Rhythm were slow to begin and collided on the first turn, checking Molly Blazer.
Pyrocumulus, Surella Bale and Rivia Bale collided approaching the home turn; checking Pyrocumulus and My Girl Kizzy. Daph's Ascend and Qwara Bale collided approaching the home turn. Pyrocumulus, My Girl Kizzy and Qwara Bale collided on the home turn. My Girl Kizzy and Rivia Bale collided approaching the winning post.
Molly Blazer underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left and right foreleg monkey muscle injuries. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
