Steward's Report
Bill Heeny – New declared weight of 32.5kgs, last raced at 31.3kgs.
Spolly's Girl and Valley Reaper were quick to begin.
Covfefe and Rooey collided soon after the start. Valley Reaper crossed in soon after the start checking Mega Hazel. Covfefe checked off Bill Heeny approaching the first turn colliding with Miss Walt and Brindle Ninja checking Covfefe, Miss Walt and severely checking Brindle Ninja which lost considerable ground.
Brindle Ninja underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury and a spike wound to the right hind hock. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

MEETING COMMENTS:
The following greyhounds performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial – The trial took place over 400mtrs with 5 required to trial. The winning time of trial was 23.03.
Paz finished 1st, Ya Ya Ya finished 2nd, Dr. Seraphina finished 3rd, Harvey Warbanger finished 4th, Carrow Road finished 5th.
Ya Ya Ya– Was stood down from racing at Sandown for an unsatisfactory performance. Weighing 36.7kgs and beginning from box 1 beaten by ¼ lengths. Ya Ya Ya has been cleared to race all tracks except Sandown.
Carrow Road– Was stood down from racing at Warragul for an unsatisfactory performance. Weighing 30.5kgs and beginning from box 2 beaten by 12 ½ lengths. Carrow Road has not been cleared to race due to not running a competitive time.
Harvey Warbanger – Was stood down from racing at Sandown for an unsatisfactory performance. Weighing 32.3kgs and beginning from box 5 beaten by 4 ¼ lengths. Harvey Warbanger has been cleared to race all tracks except Sandown.
Dr. Seraphina – Was stood down from racing at Warragul for fail to chase. Weighing 27.4kgs and beginning from box 7 beaten by 3 ¼ lengths. Dr. Seraphina has been cleared to race at all tracks.
