Kip Your Star was a late scratching at 5.20pm on the advice of the on track Veterinarian due to an abrasion on the left hock. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Acting upon a confirmed phone call from trainer Mrs. M. Musselwhite, Lucknow Magic was a late scratching at 5.49pm due to non arrival - car breakdown. Upon receipt of satisfactory evidence Stewards will waive the $100 fine and 28 day stand down period.
Oh Spolly has not raced for in excess of 3 months and is returning to racing from a left back muscle injury.
A pre-race sample was taken from Oh Spolly.
