Empress Rose and Madam Kinloch were slow to begin.
Madam Kinloch and Dyna Alice collided soon after the start. Cersei and Ivey's Affair collided on the first turn checking Hillside Lady, severely checking Cersei and Ivey's Affair. Madam Kinloch galloped on Cersei on the first turn severely checking both greyhounds in turn checking Ivey's Affair.
Cersei was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained abrasions to both hindleg thighs, no stand down period was imposed.
