Scrumble, Sunset Senorita, Sazana, Will Dazzle, Midnight Kebab and Lonesome Katie collided approaching the first turn checking Will Dazzle and Jonny Bravo. Sazana and Apila Moola collided on the first turn. Scrumble and Lonesome Katie collided approaching the second turn checking Scrumble. Sunset Senorita and Midnight Kebab collided on the second turn. Midnight Kebab and Lonesome Katie collided on the second turn checking Lonesome Katie. Sazana and Jonny Bravo collided entering the home straight. Following the event Stewards announced 'hold all tickets' after a magpie flew from the running rail during the event. After viewing all available vision Stewards found no greyhound was disadvantaged and declared 'all clear'.
