A Pre race sample was taken from Hard To Earn.
Dr. Pyrois and Sandstone were quick to begin. Laney Keats was slow to begin. Twigley Burst and Mighty Blazin' collided approaching the first turn checking Twigley Burst. Damaged Goods, Mighty Blazin' and Simi collided approaching the first turn. Damaged Goods, Mighty Blazin', Simi and Laney Keats collided on the first turn causing Laney Keats to fall checking Twigley Burst. Dy Pyrois galloped on Hard To Earn on the first turn severely checking Hard To Earn. Mighty Blazin' checked off Damaged Goods approaching the home turn. Twigley Burst checked off Mighty Blazin' approaching the home turn. Simi raced wide on the home turn.
Laney Keats was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
