Steward's Report
Harilda Prince was slow out. Kinetic Boost crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Kinetic Boost, Koaley, Ultimate Runner, Blazing Ahead and Tee Bullseye. Blazing Ahead crossed to the rails at the 300mtr mark checking Ultimate Runner and Cool White Noise. Kinetic Boost, Koaley and Tee Bullseye collided at the 300mtr mark checking Kinetic Boost and Koaley. Ultimate Runner and Blazing Ahead collided at the 250mtr mark checking Ultimate Runner. Pedromatic eased at the 225mtr mark. Kinetic Boost crossed to the outside at the 200mtr mark checking Koaley. Pedromatic marred the running of Koaley at the 200mtr mark. Ultimate Runner and Cool White Noise collided several times from the 150mtr mark to the winning post.
Pedromatic was vetted and after being revetted following event 3, it was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Acting under GAR 69(1)(b) Stewards charged Pedromatic with failing the pursue the lure with due commitment and suspended the greyhound for 28 days (HVL) and directed that the greyhound must perform a STAT, pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Puppy's Revenge and Dee Gee Haitch were slow out. Excellent Talent crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Bourneuf Sophie. Excellent Talent, Bourneuf Sophie and Crafti Toni collided at the 300mtr mark checking Bourneuf Sophie. Toe Toe Bo and Super Fly collided at the 250mtr mark and again at the 200mtr mark checking both greyhounds. Super Fly faltered and tailed off at the 150mtr mark.
Toe Toe Bo was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a lower back injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Super Fly was vetted and after being revetted following race 6; it was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the pectoral and left pencil muscles, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to C. Medcraft regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Toe Toe Bo. Acting under GAR 52(2) Stewards directed that Toe Toe Bo be boxed first in future events.

Rev It and Silverwater Jack collided soon after the start. Balotelli and Gung Ho Rumble collided at the 325mtr mark checking Mambo Magic. Rev It checked off Scorsese at the 200mtr mark. Balotelli and Gung Ho Rumble collided several times from the 200mtr mark to the 150mtr mark checking Balotelli. Mambo Magic and Silverwater Jack collided at the 100mtr mark. Rev It lost ground over the concluding stages of the event.
Rev It was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards spoke to B. Moles, trainer of Rev It, who stated that the greyhound was returning from a back muscle injury and believed that the greyhound had tired over the concluding stages of the event and may have been better suited in a grade 5 event. Stewards noted his explanation and took no further action.

Groovy Mac went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Vee Tee Snippets crossed to the rails soon after the start checking Groovy Mac and White Prune, severely checking Parfait Armour. White Prune and Vee Tee Snippets collided at the 300mtr mark. Groovy Mac and Vee Tee Snippets collided at the 100mtr mark and again at the 50mtr mark. Percy The Punter and Sadie's Chance collided approaching the winning post.
