Drive Away checked off Southwood Stone approaching the first turn. Where's Luke, Bance Bale, Aralu Bale and Miss Alouette collided approaching the first turn checking Zambora Blueboy and Bance Bale. Where's Luke, Aralu Bale and Bance Bale collided approaching the home turn checking Bance Bale, Aralu Bale and Southwood Stone. Miss Alouette veered in and marred the running of Schwartz's Boy in the home straight. Miss Alouette and Schwartz's Boy collided approaching the winning post . Bance Bale checked off Where's Luke in the home straight. Bance Bale and Schwartz's Boy collided approaching the winning post.
Miss Alouette was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Acting under GAR 69(1)(a) stewards charged Miss Alouette with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Geelong and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
