Steward's Report
Atropos was a late scratching at 4:02PM on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Smurf's Sunshine and Xenar Bale were slow to begin. Smurf's Sunshine, Voss Girl, Your No Match and Itz Bath Time collided approaching the first turn causing Smurf's Sunshine to contact the running rail and fell as a result. Voss Girl checked off Your No Match on the first turn. Itz Bath Time checked off Sheza Pleaser approaching the home turn. Your No Match and Itz Bath Time collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds. Voss Girl and Itz Bath Time collided approaching the winning post.
Smurf's Sunshine was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
