Steward's Report
Creative Affair and Kickemon Sid were slow out. Jimmy Azz and Purpose collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn. Bombastic Peach and Barty's Treasure collided on the first turn. Creative Affair checked off the heels of Bombastic Peach on the second turn. Vee Eight checked off the heels of Hot Cover on the second turn severely checking Barty's Treasure. Vee Eight and Kickemon Sid collided on the third turn checking Vee Eight. Vee Eight checked off the heels of Barty's Treasure on the fourth turn. Bombastic Peach checked off the heels of Hot Cover on the fourth turn. Hot Cover and Jimmy Azz collided entering the home straight.
Vee Eight was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right shoulder, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
