Kudu Irish and Sir Mac were slow out. Dixieland Rock and Kudu Irish collided soon after the start. Wockle Bale and Kudu Irish collided on the first turn checking Kudu Irish. Without A Doubt and Sir Mac collided approaching the second turn checking Sir Mac. Wockle Bale and Dixieland Rock collided on the second turn.
