Steward's Report
Shima Ruby and What We Do were slow to begin.
Bun Volcano (escaped from the catching pen), underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to representative Ms Andrea Dailly regarding the greyhound escaping the catching pen. After hearing submissions from Ms Dailly, Stewards issues a warning to Bun Volcano for the greyhounds catching pen manners and informed Ms. Dailly that Bun Volcano's catching pen behavior will be closely monitored for future events.
What We Do (checked on the home turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
