Wing Chun Girl – Late scratching at 4:16pm (Monday 30/8) when Trainer Mrs V Karabitsakos reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.
Aston Sunset and Dr. Xander were quick to begin.
Ethan's Fury and Gintoki Bale collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Sierra Foxtrot raced wide on the first turn.
