Essential persons (both staff & participants) attending today, provided satisfactory evidence of vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination (workers) directions, undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, observed social distance requirements, and adhered to room density quotients that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Shima Magic was quick to begin. Snowy's Brother was slow to begin.

Naya Bale and Sazan Bale collided soon after the start. Cambria Bale and Taylen Bale collided soon after the start checking Taylen Bale. Naya Bale, Cambria Bale and Snowy's Brother collided approaching the first turn checking Cambria Bale and Snowy's Brother. Naya Bale checked off Sazan Bale on the first turn. Snowy's Brother checked off Hummock on the first turn checking Taylen Bale, Cambria Bale and Adler Bale. Hummock and Adler Bale collided approaching the home turn checking Hummock. Sazan Bale and Shima Magic collided on the home turn. Naya Bale turned its head outwards approaching the winning post and collided with Sazan Bale. 

Naya Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 4, Naya Bale was found to have a left hindleg toe injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to handler, Mr Tom Dailly regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Naya Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Dailly pleaded guilty to the charge, Naya Bale was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

It's Only Money was quick to begin. Fabriola Yanis was slow to begin.

Levi Bale and Beatrix Bale collided soon after the start checking Beatrix Bale. Levi Bale and Yeva Bale collided on the first turn. Winry Bale checked off Yeva Bale approaching the home turn. Winry Bale galloped on Yeva Bale approaching the home turn causing Winry Bale to fall, severely checking Warringah Bale and Fabriola Yanis. It's Only Money and Levi Bale collided approaching the winning post checking Levi Bale.

Winry Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Mad Blast and Quintessa Blae collided soon after the start checking Mad Blast which faltered and subsequently tailed off. Romina Ble, Quintessa Bale and Nicmac Miss collided in the back straight checking Quintessa Bale. Juliette and Nicmac Miss collided on the first turn checking Juliette. Nicmac Miss and Romina Bale collided on the first turn.

Mad Blast underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Indy Honey – New declared weight of 25.9kg, last raced at 27.5kg.

Ximena Bale and Indy Honey were quick to begin. Go Gigi Go and Tiggerlong Gas were slow to begin.

Ximena Bale, Jagger's Lady, Shima Pearl and Zippy Yamaha collided soon after the start. Shima Pearl and Zippy Yamaha collided approaching the first turn checking Zippy Yamaha. Jye's Jet and Jagger's Lady collided approaching the first turn checking Jagger's Lady. Shima Pearl and Tiggelong Gas collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.

Indy Juno – Late scratching at 4:18pm when Trainer Andrea Dailly reported the greyhound to have sustained a toe injury. (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted

Shima Jake was slow to begin.

Loretta Bale and Sulva Bay collided soon after the start checking Suvla Bay. Shima Jake and Zippy Zenvo collided in the back straight. Loretta Bale, Shima Jake and Zippy Zenvo collided approaching the first turn. Shima Jake and Sulvla Bay collided on the home turn checking Shima Jake. Zippy Zenvo and Loretta Bale collided in the home straight.

Octavia Bale was quick to begin. Orson Mick, Emani Bale and Dynamic Prince were slow to begin.

Zara's Ivan and Western Blazer collided soon after the start. Orson Mick checked off Oberon Bale approaching the first turn. Trending Quarter and Oberon Bale collided on the first turn. Oberon Bale and Emani Bale collided on the second turn checking both greyhounds.

Fortuna Bale, Quintana Bale, Zeeba's Legacy and Fabriola Duran collided soon after the start checking Fortuna Bale and Quintana Bale and causing Zeeba's Legacy to fall. She's So Kind and Fabriola Duran collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Quintana Bale and Voltage Spike collided on the first turn. Fabriola Duran and She's So Kind collided approaching the home turn checking She's So Kind. Fabriola Duran and Blow Me Kisses collided on the home turn.

Zeeba's Legacy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the left front.  No stand down period was imposed.

Dusty Lyn was quick to begin. El Cazador was slow to begin.

Indy Lolly and Gypsy Toowoomba collided soon after the start checking Gypsy Toowoomba. Weblec Gem, Unathi Bale, Aussie Built and Emerald Green collided approaching the first turn. El Cazador, Aussie Built and Emerald Green collided on the first turn checking Aussie Built. El Cazador and Unathi Bale collided on the third turn checking Unathi Bale which stumbled and lost ground. 

Unathi Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Zipping Scorcher – New declared weight of 33.9kg, last raced at 35.0kg.

A pre-race sample was taken from Jackie Boy.

Jackie Boy was slow to begin.

Lektra Lance, Jefferson County, Aston Trump and Jackie Boy collided soon after the start checking Aston Trump. Tinker Mighty and Ozark Bale collided on the first turn checking Tinker Mighty. Aston Trump and Jackie Boy collided approaching the home turn checking Aston Trump. 

An out of competition sample was taken from Where's Goose on 15 November 2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Night Jar – Late scratching at 12:42pm when trainer Craig Treherne reported the greyhound to have a left hock injury.(GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted

Braith Bale and Tinker Count were slow to begin. Lyrical Lad, Braith Bale and Negasi Bale collided soon after the start checking all three greyhounds. Lyrical Lad, Negasi Bale and Tinker Count collided in the back straight checking Negasi Bale. Lyrical Lad and Braith Bale collided on the first turn checking Lyrical Lad and Negasi Bale. Lyrical Lad and Negasi Bale collided in the home straight.

The start of this event was rescheduled by one minute at the request of TAB.

Riverdale Goldie went up with the lids and lost ground (2L). Finch and Blazing Penny collided approaching the first turn checking Finch. Hill Top Jonah and Mania collided approaching the first turn checking Mania. Jazz Opera checked off Blazing Nenna approaching the first turn. Blazing Penny checked off Jazz Opera on the first turn. Finch checked off Blazing Penny approaching the home turn. Blazing Penny and Mania collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Currawong – Late scratching at 5:50pm when trainer Craig Treherne reported the greyhound to have a split webbing on the left hind, (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted. It was noted with the late scratching of Currawong it then afforded a vacant box to the outside of kennel mates Saint Jett and Move Over Mexico.
