Steward's Report
All staff and participants attending the race meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated building and when engaged in the exclusive race day functions of handling, boxing, starting and catching greyhounds.
Burn Bella Burn and Finding Gobi were slow to begin.
Ice Star shifted in soon after the start checking Tinker Gypsy and Blue Entourage. Ice Star checked off Wladmir on the first turn. Tinker Gypsy and Finding Gobi collided on the first turn checking Tinker Gypsy which hit the running rail and lost ground. Blue Entourage and Ice Star collided on the home turn.
Tinker Gypsy underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
