All Staff & Participants attending the race-meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the Kennel Block and Associated Buildings and when engaged in the exclusive race-day functions of handling, boxing, starting & catching greyhounds. 

Coconino was quick to begin. Riverdale Bonnie was slow to begin.

Tiggerlong Jet and Rhapsody Queen collided on the first turn, checking Tiggerlong Jet, which collided with Spearhead Joe; Tiggerlong Jet was severely checked as a result. Riverdale Bonnie and Spearhead Joe collided approaching the home turn. Coconino and Rhapsody Queen collided on the home turn. Rhapsody Queen turned its head inwards on the home turn. Riverdale Bonnie, Coconino and Rhapsody Queen collided several times in the home straight. Rhapsody Queen turned its head inwards in the home straight.

Rhapsody Queen underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have minor abrasions, no stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to trainer Mr P Thomson regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Rhapsody Queen was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Thomson pleaded guilty to the charge, Rhapsody Queen was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Riverdale Goldie was slow to begin. 

Blazing Beast and Finding Gobi collided on the first turn, checking Finding Gobi.  Finding Gobi and Riverdale Goldie collided approaching the home turn.  Gleaming raced wide in the home straight.  Finding Gobi and Riverdale Goldie collided in the home straight.

Viking Junior was quick to begin. 

Ordelia Bale, Lyrical Lad, Currawong, Riverdale Ella and Our Watto collided soon after the start checking Lyrical Lad. Ordelia Bale Currawong and Riverdale Ella collided approaching the first turn checking Riverdale Ella. Rebel Riot, Westar Misty, Our Watto and Viking Junior collided on the first turn checking Our Watto, Viking Junior and Lyrical Lad and severely checking Ordelia Bale and Currawong resulting in Ordelia Bale  racing wide. Viking Junior checked off Our Watto approaching the home turn. Ordelia Bale and Currawong raced wide on the home turn. Ordelia Bale and Riverdale Ella collided in the home straight..

Ramornie was quick to begin

Hear The Drum, Real Reward and Ramornie collided approaching the first turn checking Real Reward and Ice Star. Hear The Drum and Ramornie collided on the first turn. Real Reward galloped on the heels of Ernie Prang approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Hear The Drum and Ramornie collided in the home straight. Fabroni Bale raced wide throughout the event.

Utah Ghost was slow to begin. 

Bound To Succeed and Graclyn Bale collided approaching the first turn. Tinker Mary, Utah Ghost, Graclyn Bale, Neo Bale and Byron Bale collided on the first turn checking Byron Bale, Neo Bale, Graclyn Bale and Gamboa. Utah Ghost galloped on the heels of Tinker Mary approaching home turn checking Utah Ghost and severely checking Tinker Mary. Byron Bale, Neo Bale, Graclyn Bale and Utah Ghost collided approaching the home turn. Graclyn Bale and Utah Ghost collided on the home turn. Neo Bale and Gamboa collided in the home straight.

Royalty Runa was slow to begin.

Einsteinium and Toyed collided soon after the start. Aston Pirate and Einsteinium collided approaching the first turn. Major Winston, Hungry Eyes and Immersion collided approaching the first turn checking Hungry Eyes. Hungry Eyes and Toyed collided on the first turn checking Toyed and Royalty Runa. Hungry Eyes, Aston Pirate and Einsteinium collided approaching the home turn. Major Winston, and Immersion collided on the home turn. Einsteinium and Hungry Eyes collided on the home turn and again in the home straight. Toyed raced wide in the home straight.

Konta, Saint Jett and Aston Ultra collided soon after the start.  Saint Jett and Revelation collided approaching the first turn. Revelation and Grindylow collided approaching the first turn. Aston Ultra checked off Grindylow on the first turn. Saint Jett and Neymar Junior collided approaching the home turn.

Cosmic Gas, Riley's Paige, Cawbourne Coco and Smokey Renn collided soon after the start checking Cawbourne Coco and severely checking Riley's Paige which  tailed off. Brain Wave and Zipping Imogen collided on the first turn. Zipping Imogen and Cawbourne Coco collided approaching the home turn. Zipping Imogen checked off Brain Wave on the home turn.

Riley's Paige underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg triangle muscle injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Blazing Demon was quick to begin.

Duck Duck Dash, Udeyan Bale, Hill Top Jonah, Barooga Franky and Blackpool Coco collided soon after the start checking Udeyan Bale, Barooga Franky and Blackpool Coco. Tinker Dazz, Udeyan Bale, Blackpool Coco and Barooga Franky collided approaching the first turn checking all four greyhounds. Hill Top Jonah galloped on the heels of Brother Soldier on the first turn checking Brother Soldier. Duck Duck Dash, Hill Top Jonah and Brother Soldier collided approaching the home turn checking Duck Duck Dash and Brother Soldier. Tinker Dazz raced wide on the home turn.
