Steward's Report
Uncle's Girl - Late scratching at 4.14pm on 22 December when Mr Steven Collyer reported the greyhound to have a triangle injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.
A pre-race sample was taken from Victa Mikey.
Mt. View Jester and Mystic Diamond were slow to begin.
Victa Mikey and Cypress Bale collided soon after the start. Victa Mikey and Not Happening collided in the front straight. Mt. View Jester and Mystic Diamond collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Mystic Diamond checked off Mt. View Jester entering the back straight. Not Happening and Cypress Bale collided several times approaching the third turn. Galloping Albi tired over the concluding stages.
