A pre-race sample was taken from Hostile Raven.

Perpetuate and Hostile Raven collided soon after the start checking Perpetuate. Hostile Raven and Full Of Talk collided on the first turn checking Little Queeny. Little Queeny and Aston Cleo collided on the home turn. Hostile Raven and Powder Burn collided approaching the winning post.

Hostile Raven underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Neville Lenehan regarding the racing manners of Hostile Raven approaching the winning post. After hearing evidence from Mr Lenehan, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.
