Amber's Dolly and National Girl soon after the start.  National Girl, Master Zemnick and Pambula Power collided first turn.  Lucknow Magic, Queen Lita and Amber's Dolly collided approaching the first turn.  Lucknow Magic, Kip Your Best and Amber's Dolly collided approaching the home turn.  Kip Your Best eased and failed to pursue the lure with due commitment from the approaching the home turn to the home turn severely checking Lucknow Magic.  Amber's Dolly, Pambula Power and Braemar Camilita collided on the home turn. 

Lucknow Magic underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left fibula injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Kip Your Best underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left calf. No stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr S. Kipirtidis, the trainer of Kip Your Best regarding the greyhounds racing manners from approaching the home to the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Kip Your Best was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Kipirtidis pleaded not guilty to the charge, Kip Your Best was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Banjo's Ghost – New declared weight of 30.9kgs, last raced at 29.7kgs.

Smart Zero was slow to begin. Banjo's Ghost went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin (3 lengths).

Tech Stock, Yuken Win and Prince Ferno collided soon after the start.  Tech Stock crossed out approaching the first turn checking Yuken Win, Prince Ferno and Sam I'm Mikado.  Braemar Big Yin and Justin Rose collided approaching the first turn checking Braemar Big Yin and Smart Zero.  Yukin Win and Sam I'm Mikado collided entering the home straight.  Yukin Win crossed out in the home straight checking Sam I'm Mikado.

Banjo's Ghost – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound today and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events in accordance with GAR 52. 

Banjo's Ghost underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right front foot. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Blueflash Lenny, Dr. Kane and Blue Cigar were slow to begin.

She Ignites, Oh Spolly and Aston Truffle collided soon after the start.  Dr. Kane checked off Oh Spolly approaching the first turn.  Aston Truffle and Mt. View Gift collided on the first turn checking Mt. View Gift.  Dr. Kane checked off Blue Cigar entering the home straight.  Aston Truffle raced wide in the home straight. 

Daintree Dynamo was quick to begin.

Just Blacky, Supa Shalala, Jan's Star and Arlecchino collided soon after the start.  Just Blacky, Arlecchino and Backin' Bully collided approaching the first turn checking Just Blacky and Arlecchino.  Supa Shalala contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost ground as a result.

Supa Shalala underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left lateral abdomen. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Following the event Carson County displayed signs of Post Exercise Distress Syndrome (PEDS). As a result, the greyhound underwent a veterinary examination and was found to be displaying clinical signs of Ataxia/Hypermetria, a spike wound to the right hind foot was also found. A 7 day stand down penalty was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr D. Basile, the repesentative of Carson County, Stewards acted in accordance with GAR 74 and Carson County must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) and receive a veterinary clearance before any future nomination will be accepted

A post-race sample was taken from Backin' Bully - winner of the event.

Egoline and Liam Roxon were quick to begin.  Modern Jagger was slow to begin.

Hashtag Spolly checked off Oz Wizard soon after the start.  Hashtag Spolly and Mayhem Express collided approaching the first turn.  Modern Jagger and Stylish Missile collided entering the home straight.  

Mr R. Conway requested that Modern Jagger undergo a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Aston Klara and Flaming Brooke collided soon after the start.  Deano's Smidge, Smash Hit and Aston Klara collided on the first turn.  

Jupiter Jones and Tarquin Bob were slow to begin.

Swift Abbey, Tarquin Bob, Potere and Urban Bourbon collided soon after the start.  Woodleigh Guy and Marko Bale collided soon after the start checking Woodleigh Guy.  Marko Bale and Tilley's Pie collided in the home straight.  Woodleigh Guy raced extremely wide in the home straight. 

Magnus Keroma and Keisha's Boy were slow to begin.

Silvio Dante, Maggie Mikado and Assasins Code collided approaching the first turn.  Kingsbrae Boof and Keisha's Boy collided on the first turn severely checking Brandeen Fi and Keisha's Boy.  Magnus Keroma checked off Assasins Code approaching the home turn.  Keisha's Boy raced wide in the home straight.

Woodleigh Sal and Dan's Hopeful collided soon after the start.  Hurricane Billie and Raging Roy collided approaching the first turn.  Raging Roy, Blue Irish and Dr. Mianda collided on the first turn checking Hurricane Billie and Raging Roy. 

In accordance with LR 22 Mr D. Clay was issued with a warning regarding his non-compliance with the GRV Dress Code.

Blue Irish underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hind fractured toe. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Dr. Shreds was quick to begin.

Dr. Shreds, Aston Xanadu and Cataleya collided soon after the start.  Toonang and Hopeful collided approaching the first turn.  Toonang, Hopeful and Aston Xanadu collided on the first turn.  Qatar Girl and Dr. Shreds collided in the home straight.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Dodge Coupe, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.

Blonde Bella was slow to begin.

The following greyhounds performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial – The trial took place over 400mtrs with 4 required to trial. The winning time of trial was 23.09:

News Print finished 1st, Split Pea finished 2nd, Capital Letters finished 3rd, Riveting finished 4th.  

Split Pea – Was stood down from racing at Warragul for fail to chase. Weighing 24.7kgs and beginning from box 1 beaten by 2 lengths. Split Pea has been cleared to race at all tracks.

Riveting – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to left back muscle injury. Weighing 36.6kgs and beginning from box 2. Riveting has not cleared to race due to faltering soon after the start and tailed off. The greyhound underwent a post-trial veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

News Print - Performed a cramp trial.  Weighing 27.2kgs and beginning from box 3 winning by 2 lengths. News Print has been cleared to race at all tracks.

Capital Letters - Performed a weight trial.  Weighing 34.6kgs and beginning from box 8 beaten by 8 lengths.  Capital Letters has been cleared to race at all tracks.
