Steward's Report
Angel's Halo – Not raced for in excess of 3 months and is returning to racing from a right hip and sesamoid injury. Angel's Halo also declared a new weight of 28.3kg, last raced at 26.5kg.
A pre-race sample was taken from Go Pies.
Mia Amour was slow to begin. Aston Klara was very slow to begin (3L). Terrigal Tornado and Lady Simmeron collided soon after the start. Lady Simmeron and Luka's Choice collided on the first turn. Terrigal Tornado and Lady Simmeron raced wide on the home turn. Aston Klara raced wide in the home straight. Horey's Prince tired over the concluding stages of the event.
Horey's Prince underwent a post-race veterinary examination was found to have thumps. No stand down period was imposed.
