On Degoey was quick to begin.

Yuken Win and Dark Stealth collided soon after the start checking Yuken Win.  She Got Fire and National Girl collided approaching the first turn.  Yuken Win clipped the heels of Ding Dong on the first turn causing Yuken Win to fall.  National Girl and Ding Dong collided on the first turn.  Ding Dong checked off She Got Fire on the home turn.  National Girl raced wide entering the home straight and, in the home straight. 

Yuken Win was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left shoulder injury and an abrasion to the right hock, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stealthy Flight, Capital Letters and Abstract Miss collided soon after the start checking Capital Letters and Abstract Miss.  Choose and Got No Issues collided on the first turn checking Choose.  Big Papa crossed in approaching the winning post checking Got No Issues.

Capital Letters was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right wrist sprain and an abrasion to the left metacarpal, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Slick Maggie and Joyce's Choice collided approaching the first turn.  Midnight Storm and Meehan Barney collided on the first turn checking Spin The Trolley, Ruby's Cheekstar and Midnight Storm.  Midnight Storm and Ruby's Cheekstar collided on the home turn.  Ruby's Cheekstar and Viewing collided in the home straight.  Spin The Trolley clipped the heels of Midnight Storm approaching the winning post.

Stewards spoke to Mrs L. Russell, the preventative of Keen Gem and reminded her of her responsibilities regarding her failure to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound for racing GAR 46 (2).

Mr J. Clay, the representative of Blue Irish declared a new weight of 37.0kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Blue Irish last raced at 35.6kgs.

Mrs J. Belsham, the representative of Iggy Wiggy declared a new weight of 27.5kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Iggy Wiggy last raced at 26.0kgs.
