Pre-race samples were taken from Kulu Ozzie and Savannah Ash.
Feikuai Donna was quick to begin. Winsome Express and Savannah Ash were slow to begin.
Kulu Ozzie and Tantalise collided soon after the start. Tantalise clipped the heels of Python Pride approaching the first turn. Tantalise and Savannah Ash collided on the first turn. Kulu Ozzie and Winsome Express collided approaching the second turn. Tantalise checked off Python Pride on the second turn. Kulu Ozzie and Winsome Express collided on the second turn checking Winsome Express. Python Pride and Savannah Ash collided several times from the third turn to the home turn.
Stewards spoke to Ms X. Cheng the trainer of Feikuai Donna and issued a warning after she boxed the greyhound prematurely, Stewards also advise Ms Cheng to listen for the direction of the starters orders in the future. (GAR 51 (10)(a)).
