Spolly's Flyer and It's A Trick collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn.  Spolly James crossed to the rail on the first turn causing Flowing to gallop on Spolly James checking Spolly James, Spolly's Flyer, It's A Trick and severely checking Flowing.  Hashtag Spolly and Mel Moran collided on the second turn checking Mel Moran, Gracie's Colour and severely checking Flowing.  Mel Moran checked off Gracie's Colour in the back straight.  Spolly's Flyer and It's A Trick collided on the third turn and again approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Hashtag Spolly and Spolly's Flyer collided on the home turn checking Spolly's Flyer and Gracie's Colour.  Spolly's Flyer and Hashtag Spolly collided approaching the winning post.

Molly Coaster, Manny Allen and Stylish Missile were slow to begin.

Khlo Money and Spritely Mac collided soon after the start.  Khlo Money, Spritely Mac and Manny Allen collided approaching the first turn checking Khlo Money and Spritely Mac.  Dundee Jitterbug crossed to the rail approaching the first turn.  Molly Coaster and Manny Allen collided on the first turn checking Khlo Money.  Flying Smart and Dundee Jitterbug collided approaching the second turn.  Spritely Mac raced wide approaching the second turn.

Feikuai Donna was quick to begin.  Winsome Express and Savannah Ash were slow to begin.

Kulu Ozzie and Tantalise collided soon after the start.  Tantalise clipped the heels of Python Pride approaching the first turn.  Tantalise and Savannah Ash collided on the first turn.  Kulu Ozzie and Winsome Express collided approaching the second turn.  Tantalise checked off Python Pride on the second turn.  Kulu Ozzie and Winsome Express collided on the second turn checking Winsome Express.  Python Pride and Savannah Ash collided several times from the third turn to the home turn. 

Stewards spoke to Ms X. Cheng the trainer of Feikuai Donna and issued a warning after she boxed the greyhound prematurely, Stewards also advise Ms Cheng to listen for the direction of the starters orders in the future. (GAR 51 (10)(a)).

Vivian Shiraz and Yuko were quick to begin.  Winlock Ludacris was slow to begin.

Pancake and Mighty Josiah collided approaching the first turn.  Vivian Shiraz and Yuko collided on the first turn.  Pure Vengeance contacted the running rail on the first turn checking Rocket Tears and severely checking Pure Vengeance which checked Mighty Josiah as a result.  Rocket Tears and Winlock Ludacris collided on the third turn checking Rocket Tears.  Pancake marred Vivian Shiraz on the third turn.  Vivian Shiraz checked off Why Not Peter approaching the home turn.  Pancake veered out and marred Vivian Shiraz on the home turn.  

Pancake was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained right back muscle and right triangle injuries, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr M. Clark, the trainer of the greyhound Pancake regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the third turn and again on the home turn. Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Pancake with marring. Mr Clark pleaded guilty to the charge, Pancake was found guilty and suspended the greyhound for 12 months (all tracks) and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(c), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Quartz Vein was slow to begin.

Folding Green and Rockin' Joe collided on the first turn checking Rockin' Joe.  Rockin' Joe raced wide in the front straight.  Whiney Whine and Quartz Vein collided approaching the third turn checking Whiney Whine.  Rockin' Joe raced wide in the home straight.

Soda King, South Of Eden, Miss Dee Meadows and King Colt collided on the first turn checking Soda King, South Of Eden, Miss Dee Meadows, King Colt, Rodeo, Destini Ferrari and Black Zambesi.  Rodeo raced wide on the second turn.  South Of Eden and Destini Ferrari collided in the back straight.  Destini Ferrari checked off South Of Eden approaching the fourth turn.  Rajasthan checked off King Colt approaching the winning post. 

Zipping Diva was slow begin. Tom Riddle was very slow to begin (4 lengths).  

Scott It, Ursula Bale and McNeo collided on the first turn.  Ursula Bale checked off McNeo on the second turn.  Tom Riddle and McNeo collided on the second turn checking McNeo.  Scott It checked off McNeo on the home turn.  McNeo clipped the heels of Tom Riddle on the home turn.  Scott It and Ursula Bale collided entering the home straight.

Little Big Shot and Awesome Catch collided soon after the start.  Cruisy's Rose checked off Alabar approaching the first turn.  Awesome Catch checked off Alabar on the first turn.  Awesome Catch and Lylah's Way collided on the first turn checking Lylah's Way, Lylah's Way raced wide as a result.  Little Big Shots checked off My Bro Regis on the first turn checking Alabar.  Little Big Shot and Alabar collided approaching the second turn and again on the second turn checking Little Big Shot.  Monster Machine checked off Awesome catch entering the bak straight checking Lylah's Way.  Little Big Shot checked off Alabar in the back straight checking Awesome Catch.  

A pre-race sample was taken from Callum's Son upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.

Why Not Grace crossed out soon after the start checking Winsome Fernando, Callum's Son, Dewana Be Sure and Kulu Lightning.  Why Not Grace crossed out approaching the first turn checking Federal Impact, Why Not Grace stumbled as a result checking Dewana Be Sure and Kulu Lightning.  Winsome Fernando, Federal Impact and Pagan Dancer collided on the first turn checking Federal Impact and Pagan Dancer.  Why Not Grace and Dewana Be Sure collided on the first turn checking Why Not Grace and Kulu Lightning causing Kulu Lightning to stumble.  Pagan Dancer chipped the heels of Federal Impact entering the back straight, Pagan Dancer stumbled as a result.  Why Not Grace galloped on Dewana Be Sure on the home turn checking Dewana Be Sure.

Why Not Grace was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right deltoid injury and right shoulder soreness, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Captain Jackie was quick to begin.  Dyna Xerox and Chinookan Blue were slow to begin. 

Opal Heist crossed in soon after the start checking Chinookan Blue and Winlock Dyno.  Captain Jackie and Swansea Ceri collided soon after the start.  Chinookan Blue and Winlock Dyno collided approaching the first turn checking Winlock Dyno.  Chinookan Blue failed to pursue the lure on the first turn and collided with Swansea Ceri severely checking both greyhounds and causing them to lose considerable ground.  Sergeant Schultz raced wide in the back straight. 

Chinookan Blue was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained left and right deltoid injuries and left and right shoulder soreness,10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr D. Crawford, the trainer of the greyhound Chinookan Blue regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the first turn.  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Chinookan Blue with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Crawford pleaded guilty to the charge, Chinookan Blue was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Dyna Carmen was quick to begin.  Zipping Bomber was slow to begin.

Deano's Smidge and Zipping Bomber collided approaching the first turn.  Zipping Bomber and Sticky Nicky collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Lightwood Miss faltered in the front straight and lost ground.

Lightwood Miss was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right back muscle injury, a 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Riviera Cruz was quick to begin.

Nymphadora Tonks and Riviera Cruz collided soon after the start and again on the first turn checking Riviera Cruz.
