Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from St. Regis.
Zefron and Bud Husky were quick to begin. Tao Tao was slow to begin.
Tao Tao checked off St. Regis approaching the first turn checking Ryben Jack. Dyna Elise clipped the heels of Zefron on the first turn severely checking Dyna Elise and causing Bud Husky and Tolerance to fall. Dyna Elise checked off St. Regis on the home turn. Ryben Jack tired over the concluding stages of the event.
Ryben Jack was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Bud Husky was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left chest, left stifle injuries and a laceration to the left hind and foot, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Tolerance was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained some minor bruising over the left hock and right forelimb paw, no stand period was imposed.
