Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr R. Fisher, the trainer of Jack Snapper regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Jack Snapper last raced on 13 September 2017. Mr Fisher stated that the greyhound was returning from a spell.
A pre-race sample was taken from Jack Snapper.
Destini Radar was quick to begin. Take The Rapid and Jack Snapper were slow to begin.
Dyna Penny checked off Under Sea soon after the start. Under Sea checked off Spring Shower on the first turn. Under Sea stumbled approaching the home turn and lost ground. Lanis Morris, Under Sea and Jack Snapper raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.
Jack Snapper was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
