Thunder Raz was slow to begin. Saywah Tonayo and Mr. Leigh collided soon after the start. Thunder Raz and Saywah Tonayo collided on the first turn, checking Saywah Tonayo. Got Held Up and Mr. Leigh collided on the first turn, checking Mr. Leigh. Thunder Raz and Derby Girl collided approaching the home turn, checking Derby Girl, Fear Helvetia and Saywah Tonayo.
Due to a technical issue with the semaphore board, the numbers 1, 3, 2 and 8 from the previous event were displayed. After conferring with the Judges the correct numbers of 8, 5,1 and 2 were semaphored and the All Clear given.
