Steward's Report
Uncle Skeeta was a late scratching at 2:50pm on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to an injury to it's right hock. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre-race sample was taken from Turpentine.
Turpentine and Fizadore were slow to begin. Soho Sweet Gal and Turpentine collided soon after the start. Turpentine checked off Hellcat approaching the home turn.
Stewards issued a warning to the handler of Sisco Shuffle, Mr. J. Galea, regarding his failure to engage a catcher for this event.
