Silver Salute was quick to begin.  Boloney Swag was slow to begin.  Castle's Memory crossed to the rail soon after the start.  Boloney Swag crossed to the outside soon after the start.  Azza's Girl checked off Parrot Is Loose at the 300 metre mark.  Azza's Girl and Sardia collided at the 300 metre mark.

Boloney Swag was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right shoulder.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from Silver Salute, the winner of the event.

Stewards spoke to Mr. J Jarkis, trainer of Crafty Diamond regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Crafty Diamond last raced on the 15th June 2015.  Mr Jarkis stated that Crafty Diamond was returning to race after suffering a hock injury.

Light Feathers was quick to begin.  Speaker City checked off Fabstar soon after the start.  California Club and Crafty Diamond collided at the 300 metre mark checking California Club.  Doobstar and Light Feathers collided at the 250 metre mark checking Light Feathers.  California Club and Crafty Diamond collided at the 200 metre mark.  Speaker City checked off Bondi Buddy at the 150 metre mark.  Speaker City faltered at the 100 metre mark and lost ground as a result.

Speaker City was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 7, it was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its neck and lower back.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Craig, the handler of the greyhound Speaker City.  Stewards deemed the performance of Speaker City unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Speaker City must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) befor any future nomination will be accepted.

A sample was taken from Doobstar, the winner of the event.

Cullquin Bomber, Final Deception and Barroom Express were slow to begin  Final Deception crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Cullquin Bomber. Cullquin Bomber and Barroom Express collided at the 300 metre mark checking Barroom Express.  Cullquin Bomber and Dundee Raptor collided at the 150 metre mark checking Dundee Raptor.  Ablazin Mikado and Vane Blue collided approaching the winning post.  Dundee Raptor and Barroom Express collided approaching the winning post.

A sample was taken from Atomic Opie, the winner of the event.

My Birthday and Berri Lass were slow to begin.  Canya Keato, Sav Bam Boom and Another Man collided at the 300 metre mark checking Canya Keato. Wallamba Max and Canya Keato collided at the 250 metre mark.  My Birthday and Run Plebbie Run collided at the 150 metre mark checking Run Plebbie Run.  Berri Lass checked off Wallamba Max approaching the winning post.

All Victor was vetted following event 11.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right achillies tendon injury.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr P Cullie, trainer of Wowza Lee in regards to the extended period of time between the greyhounds races.  Wowza Lee last raced on the 19th May 2015.  Mr Cullie stated that Wowza Lee was returning to race after a change of kennel and trainer and also after suffering injuries to both shoulders.  Stewards noted Mr Cullie's explanation.

Red Cadillac and Sultan Of Swing were slow to begin.  Rapid Boy, Sultan Of Swing and Wowza Lee collided soon after the start.

A sample was taken from Wadelock Latte, the winner of the event.

Viv Tudor was quick to begin.  Terrorizer, Hardaway Law and Dozer Tron collided soon after the start.  Terrorizer and Hardaway Lane collided at the 300 metre mark.  Viv Tudor and Money Come Back collided several times from the 250 metre mark to the 150 metre mark.

Stewards spoke to Mr B Cunningham, trainer of How Time Fly's regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  How Time Fly's last raced on the 20th February 2015.  Mr Cunningham stated that How Time Fly's was returning to race after suffering a back muscle injury.

A pre-race sample was taken from Flotilla, the winner of the event.

How Time Fly's and Select Sanz were slow to begin and collided soon after the start checking How Time Fly's.  Oblivious, Diamond Python and Flotilla collided approaching the 300 metre mark checking Diamond Python. Select Sanz crossed to the outside at the 250 metre mark and collided with How Time Fly's; How Time Fly's was checked as a result.  Select Sanz raced wide approaching the winning post.

Select Sanz was vetted following the event and after being revetted following event 10, it was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A sample was taken from Diamond Python, 2nd placegetter in this event.

A pre-race sample was taken from La Grand Logie.

Ronray Spirit and Pud collided soon after the start.  Senor Grumpy, Billo's Pick, Ronray Spirit and Pud collided at the 300 metre mark severely checking Billo's Pick and Ronray Spirit; Ronray Spirit stumbled as a result.  La Grand Logie and Allkel To Excel collided at the 250 metre mark.

The time of 18.79 was a new track record.

Billo's Pick was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Ronray Spirit was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left hind webbing laceration.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Pud was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Samples were taken from the placegetters in this event - Allkel To Excel (1st), Kayda Shae (2nd) and Shared Bonus (3rd).

A pre-race sample was taken from Stunning Success.

Dundee Cobra and Zambora Jai were slow to begin.  Autumn Blaze crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Stunning Success and Mrs. Fozz. Dundee Cobra and Zambora Jai collided soon after the start.  Autumn Blaze, Stunning Success and Jax Mikado collided at the 250 metre mark.  Autumn Blaze and Jax Mikado collided at the 200 metre mark checking Autumn Blaze.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. J. Cornell for his failure to catch the greyhound Autumn Blaze in this event.

Autumn Blaze was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Don Fire and Dash Dash Dot were slow to begin.  Buy Me and Lady Goddess collided at the 250 metre mark.  Charltia Lad and Dash Dash Dot collided at the 250 metre mark.  Don Fire, Buy Me and Lady Goddess collided at the 150 metre mark checking Buy Me.  Don Fire and Charltia Lad collided at the 100 metre mark checking Charltia Lad.

Buy Me was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr J Shaw, trainer of Left Is Right regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Left Is Right last raced on the 4th April 2015.  Mr Shaw stated that Left Is Right was returning to race after suffering a back muscle and triangle injury. 

Franklin Senior, Left Is Right and Hugh Made Who collided soon after the start.  Kosmik King, Pacific Angel, Frankling Senior and Left Is Right collided at the 250 metre mark.  Kosmik King, Franklin Senior and Left Is Right collided at the 150 metre mark.  Kosmik King and Franklin Senior collided approaching the winning post.
