An Out of Competition Sample (Blood, Urine & Hair) was taken from Sisco General engaged in this event on 11th October 2016, pursuant to GAR 79A.

Suffragette was quick to begin. Victor Dora and Sisco General were slow to begin. Victor Dora checked off Lulu Lollipop soon after the start and collided with Leon's Wish as a result. General Remus and Suffragette collided soon after the start. General Remus and Sisco General collided approaching the first turn. Victor Dora and General Remus collided on the first turn checking Victor Dora. Lulu Lollipop and Dyna Yatul collided on the first turn. Victor Dora checked off Sisco General approaching the second turn. Leon's Wish and Sisco General collided on the second turn checking Sisco General. Victor Dora and Sisco General collided entering the back straight. Lulu Lollipop checked off Dyna Yatul on the third turn checking Dyna Yatul. General Remus eased approaching the home turn checking Lulu Lollipop and Victor Dora. Leon's Wish and Victor Dora collided on the home turn.
Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Hiscock, the trainer of the greyhound General Remus regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the home turn. General Remus was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to its right hip. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged General Remus with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Hiscock pleaded guilty to the charge. General Remus was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.
