Arvo's Mador was a late scratching at 8:15am by Order of Stewards. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre-race sample was taken from Queen Yuna.
Midnight Kebab crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Queen Yuna and Spring Emperor. Sisco Knight crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Blue Murray. Blue Murray, Spring Emperor and Queen Yuna collided on the first turn checking Queen Yuna. Blue Murray and Queen Yuna collided approaching the second turn. Sisco Knight checked off Jacey Allen approaching the second turn checking Spring Emperor. Blue Murray and Sisco Knight collided entering the back straight checking Sisco Knight. Queen Yuna checked off Blue Murray entering the back straight. Queen Yuna and Sisco Knight collided approaching the third turn and again on the third turn checking both greyhounds.
