A pre-race sample was taken from Tinny Time.
Wot Price Flash, Aston Tara and Movida collided soon after the start checking Aston Tara. Lloyd Street and Woofenden collided approaching the first turn checking Woofenden. Lloyd Street galloped on My Baby Porscha approaching the first turn checking My Baby Porscha. My Baby Porscha and Woofenden collided on the first turn checking My Baby Porscha which lost ground as a result. Woofenden galloped on Aston Tara appraoching the home turn checking both greyhounds.
My Baby Porscha was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left monkey muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
