A pre-race sample was taken from Scotta Be Quick upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Scotta Be Quick was quick to begin. Tomdor, Jack's Miss, Flying Cola and Zyrah Rose collided soon after the start checking Jack's Miss, Flying Cola and Zyrah Rose. Tomdor checked off Shadow Bolt on the first turn. Jack's Miss galloped on the heels of Snow Osti approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Jack's Miss and Zyrah Rose collided in the home straight.
