Mr. Keith Lloyd failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Carleton Story for racing. A fine of $100 was issued pursuant to GAR 97(2).
Jolene Bale and All Damiro were quick to begin. Zipping Olaf and Piranha Shake were slow to begin.

Carleton Story (lost ground in the home straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right gracilis muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
