Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. T Salih the trainer of Haiyan regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Haiyan last raced on 13th May, 2016 and is returing to racing after a front right toe dislocation.
Mr. K Kubic, trainer of Gypsy Wendy declared a new weight of 26.5kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Gypsy Wendy last raced at 28.0kgs.
Selynya Prince was quick to begin. Got A Motor and Benny The Jet were slow to begin. Samba King and Gypsy Wendy collided soon after the start. Haiyan and Gypsy Wendy collided approaching the 300m mark. Gypsy Wendy checked off Tommy Longstride at the 300m mark. Gypsy Wendy crossed to the outside at the 250m mark. Got A Motor and Selynya Prince collided at the 200m mark. Got A Motor checked off Haiyan at the 150m mark, checking Selynya Prince.
