Steward's Report
Dr. Pyrois was quick to begin. Dr. Sharon was slow to begin and tailed off throughout the event. Smurf's Lara and Wadelock Gal collided soon after the start. Smurf's Lara, Wadelock Gal and Nearly Midnight collided approaching the first turn checking Smurf's Lara severely checking Wadelock Gal. Dr. Pyrois, Greysynd Rain and Flirtatious collided on the first turn checking Flirtatious. Hurricane Harley crossed to the rail on the second turn checking Dr. Pyrois, Flirtatious and Greysynd Rain. Nearly Midnight and Greysynd Rain collided approaching the home turn. Dr. Pyrois and Flirtatious collided approaching the home turn. Wadelock Gal and Smurf's Lara collided in the home straight. Dr. Sharon was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was found to have soreness in the left triangle muscle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
