Stewards spoke to handler, Mrs J Reynolds regarding her difficulty in boxing the greyhound Royal Colour.  Stewards directed that Royal Colour be boxed first in future events.

Stewards spoke to Mr G Hall, the trainer of the greyhound Fire Fire.  Fire Fire was vetted and re-vetted following race 10.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right hock, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(5), the Stewards charged Fire Fire with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury) and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(6),  before any future nomination will be accepted.
